internet access ridiculously expensive

Near Museum Calouste Gulbenkian. Two blocks from the metro.

Todo bien, muy recomendable y con buena conexion por bus y metro al centro.

Room had a huge balcony but was of no use because there wasn't any balcony furniture to sit on!! Room was fine and clean. Bar was a dissapointment, very small and at side of reception. Location ok, but 3 tube stations away from main area. No bars nearby the hotel for a local drink.

one day before coming back to Italy.Good services as Metro,buses,taxi. 15 min from the airport, 15 min from Lisboa centre. Bar and bistro near the hotel (just in front)

Buona sistemazione, camera ampia, pulito e ordinato. Prezzo adeguato, buon rapporto prezzo qualita. Collocazione vicino a Campo Pequeno ma oltre a quello vicino all´hotel non c´e`niente di interessante. Il metro´ e` a 200 metri. Comodo anche per raggiungere l` aeroporto in autobus.

The rooms are nicely decorated. Bed sheets and towels changed everyday and the room cleaned. The hotel is in a good location. Being on holidays I traveled around Lisbon for meals and entertainment. Taxis, for late night returns, still a value for money, as there are not many restaurants in the area. The hotel prices are excellent. Please keep the good work. The hotel prices are excellent

Complessivamente un bel hotel con camere abbastanza spaziose e molto pulite. Unico problema riscontrato sono i prezzi delle camere che non includono la colazione.Fate attenzione!

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Close to metro, railway station and airport, 15 min to the center. Strongly recommended if you don't look for a hotel restaurant or other hotel facilities.

That was very good hotel with very spacious room. I stayed really comfortable with big bath tube as well. It was very good deal considering the price i paid. Great location.

Buena relacción calidad/precio en un hotel que en general cumple adecuadamente. No obstante es imperdonable para un hotel de 4 estrellas, que a la llegada sea imposible aparcar el coche para bajar el equipaje en la zona reservada para ello al estar ocupada durante horas por un autocar, o que en la recepción no puedan informarte sobre tarjetas de transporte o simplemente el numero de BUS que llega al centro ciudad. El desayuno regular.

the hotel give us a familiar room and our children (14 and 16 years old) could stay with us for the same price.

A little bit expensive.... Portugal is cheap !!! Check Others....

There was nothing "wrong" with this hotel but I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. The rooms were very large which was a plus and the breakfast was a treat (I was expecting just a croissant and coffee) but for the price we could have stayed somewhere better, even though it was close to the metro stop. I was surprised that the hotel did not provide irons in the rooms and if you checked in for only one night, housekeeping could not get it out to you in time.
