Hotel Turim Europa Lisboa - Lisbon

The Hotel staff were very welcoming, the hotel and rooms were of a good standard. the location is excellent for access to the airport bus and metro. The breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs particular;y good. The coffee was undrinkable. Although the hotel is a metro ride (three stops, 30 min walk from Lisbon's central square) overall it proved a very good base for our four nights in Lisbon. The brazilian barbecue buffet restaurant across the road was excellent. From the outside the area looks a little run down, but we experienced no problems at all, other than figuring out how to reach the hotel from the airport bus stop about 100 metres away, but looking at Google maps now, I can't understand how we went wrong.

Sorry but it was not explained that a metro line is just at 100 meters from the streetside rooms and it was a little bit noisy until 1:00 during the night (starting à 5:30 then but I was asleep after that). This and a slow wifi rate in the 3rd floor was the only problems. A good hotel, just too noisy for a four stars, even for a good three stars.

Good breakfast (for free)....but the rooms are very small. The hotel is hard to find. Overall, the price was good and it was close to public transport to all attractions.

The hotel is located near from the bus stop, very good price so cheap. However, it has not been introduced to the hotel to the nearest bus stop guide to hotel, when I think it is better to use well confirmed.

The hotel was very nice (excellent in terms of qaulity vs price). Don't expect too much from the breakfast, but that's the only shortcoming I can think of.

My room was exactly as shown on the Venere and hotel web sites. Hotel personnel were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast provided was very good and more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, rooms, breakfast & price.

Sehr nettes Hotel in der Nähe der Metrostation Parque. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Saubere Zimmer mit guten Betten. Flughafen mit Taxi für 10 Euro erreichbar (wenn man nicht beschissen wird!)Für die Besichtigung löst man am besten bei der Metrostation Tageskarten für 3,50€ pro Tag (gelten für Tram,Metro,Aufzüge etc.)

Hotel's position was excellent; the room was beautiful, especially the very spacious bathroom(there was also the phone in it); the employees were very kind, helpful and polyglot. Public transports were in the neighbourhood and very comfortable.

Hotel abbastanza pulito e ben comunicato coi mezzi pubblici, nonostante non sia in centro. Personale competente e gentile, discreta colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Non e' un quattro stelle italiano, ma per gli standard portoghesi e' ottimo. Ci hanno dato una camera a piano terra, vicino alla reception, con finestra sulla strada, un po' rumorosa, penso riservata alle offerte, ad esempio come Venere.

Although the room was clean and nice, the hotel was in a seedy area farther from the center of town than the map showed. The staff was missing most of the time and there is no way I would call this a 4 star hotel, but it is a solid 3 star.

Nice hotel located close to the park, but about a 20 minute walk down to the main tourist areas. Rooms were good size for Europe and the hotel was very clean. The staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was typical continental food, but coffee and juice came out of a machine and both were terrible. Overall, we would definitely stay in this hotel again - espeically at the rate we paid, 80 euro/night.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we encountered was that the room rate price was higher than quoted in the advert. Also be aware of pickpockets in Lisbon particularly around the cable cars.
