Reception touristic information is very poor and wrong. Reception wake up service doesn't work. Staff communication in the recetion doesn't work when they change shift (it is not in the computer!!!!!!!!!). Food quality in the bar is very bad(we order a soup and stopped with the rest of the order). The soup doesn't taste anything

hotel molto pulito e personale qualificato, vicino alla metro con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. hanno fornito letti separati nonostante la richiesta di un letto unico ma la camera era cmq confortevole e molto spaziosa oltre che pulita.

The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellant with a huge choise of cooked and fresh food. The planes did go nearly overhead, but if the windows were closed there was no noise, in any case they seemed to stop in late evening. It was very easy to travel to other areas of Lisbon as the Metro was just around the corner. I would certainly choose this hotel again.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and dinner buffet was good value for money. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here.

I have some problems with airplain noises although we were in first floor. Also we were disapointed with the sheets. I don't know what kind of system the hotel use to clean it but sheets caused to me some burn in my skin. Photographs in web site only shows high rooms that didn't looks like my executive room reserved

I have stayed 5 days in Lisbon.The hotel was fine but the parking was difficult to find.I recomend you the parking next to "Sana Maloha".It`s cheaper(it`s located in "Ibis" hotel) just half price of "Sana Maloha Hotel". When I arrrived in Lisbon I came from Porto and the difference with the employees was absolute. The staff at breakfast(just Celia or Cecilia) were very unfriendly and the same at reception.

The hotel is very conveniently located close (within 5 min walk) to a metro station. The room we had was quiet despite the airplanes flying over the hotel and about to land. The breakfast selection was good, but the dishes that were supposed to be hot were almost cold. Still, we would recommend this hotel.

Stayed twice at the Sana Malhôa Hotel. We got the best price on Venere.com and found it great value for money. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and the linen were of good quality. The toiletries in the bathroom were first class, the TV sound was piped into the bathroom and the shower rose is a perfect large size. TV channels in most languages with a good sampling of English language. With the large window closed, little noise came in, but you know when the airport is operating because the landing approach is thereabouts. The staff was friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast was included in the room price, but parking in the hotel garage costs €10 per day. The location is in a busy business area northwest of the city centre. The metro station Praça de Espanha is a 6/7 minutes boring walk to the back of the hotel entrance through the car park/garage. The train station Sete Rios (access to Sintra or south of the Tagus) is another 6/7 minutes in the opposite direction. Taxi costs to the airport were €5 off peak. Be aware that if you follow the driving instructions how to get to the hotel and if you come from the motorway and the Sete Rios/Campolide exit and then you took the Av. Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro, turned right onto Rua Basílio and finally left onto Av. José Malhôa, where the hotel is located, you will unable to make a legal left turn. The entrance to the hotel car park is actually off Av. Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro, right at a set of traffic lights shortly after the Rua Basilio intersection.

The Sana Malhoa is a good choice if you don't want to stay (and pay) for down town accomodation. Metro station nearby and taxis are anyway a good value alternative in Lisbon (5 - 7 EUR to city center). Only from the airport, be cautious: Insist on taxameter, as they want to cheat 99.5%

We have stayed there before and liked it very much. If it keeps the prices this way we shall use it over and over again. Very nice lounge with live piano playing making it very agreeable. Spacious avenue without too much traffic. Breakfast in a nice spacious and bright room - the hot food not so good because it gets cold.

We were impressed from the time we came into the hotel. The staff was very corgial and helpful. The hotel was a great location to attractions and a tour bus was available outside as well as all transportation.

Nice and modern hotel. Easy access to nearest metro-station. Only a few minutes by metro to downtown. Soundproof rooms. We were not disturbed by traffic from the main road. The Breakfast-buffet - which was included - was good. The night we stayed there we ate in the hotel`s restaurant. We were a bit disappointed because the only offer turned out to be a rather ordinary buffet which cost too much. There was no info telling us that there was no a la carte that night. If we stay there another time, we`ll probably find another place to eat. We didn`t get any info about facilities like sauna etc . Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Modern and new hotel, nicely located close to Metro Station and Train Station. Public areas really pleasant. There was someone playing piano at the bar. Was nice.

Mi reserva de una habitación doble para una noche se había convertido cuando llegué en una habitación sencilla para dos. La recepcionista me aseguró que no había ningún problema. Pero algo debió de fallar porque uno de sus compañeros me llamó por teléfono a las once y media de la noche, despertándome para preguntarme mi nombre. (??!!)

Excellent hotel de luxe avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam a disposition. Petit dejeuner vraiment copieux. Les chambres sont superbes bref un endroit a recommander!
