Very good hotel, great relationship between price and service. Is a bit far from center, you cant go walking, but have Metro 2 blocks from there. Good breakfast, variety of dishes, all fresh. El Corte Ingles shopping center is very near. The staff is friendly and helped also finding tours, but its first recomendation was not good, so they should check the agencies with they work with I will return to Sana Executive in a next timeand fully recomend also if you dont speak portuguese!

The staff was wonderful. They helped us when we showed up hours early for check in and they answered all our questions. The location is on a quiet street near the Metro for easy access to downtown. The only problems were that the bed is rock hard and the wireless internet never worked. Other than that, it was wonderful. The shower was the best hotel shower I've ever had. Lots of water pressure and it never ran out of hot water. Breakfast had a great variety of food. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay away from downtown in a quiet area but with easy access to the city.

I have stayed several times in this hotel and still enjoy it. It was already excellent but has been refurbished. Everything is fine, room, location, breakfast ... I strongly recommend this hotel.

The elevator was broken. The first day we are allowed to use the staff´s one to take the baggage up from the garage. Having a baby with a pushchair, we thought we could use the staff´s elevator for getting access to the parking bu I was scolded by the receptionist. Can you believe it? Apart from that, everything was all right

What a great find in Lisboa. Staff were very good at their job of welcoming and advising. No shuttle bus but close to the airport and good advice on getting there. We flew out very early in the morning and though it was not yet breakfast time, we were provided with coffee and a small breakfast before we left. Nice location though on Sunday night, not much is open. Will definitely go back.

Nice quite and safe surrounding with typical small portugese restaurants, acacia trees in the streets and a nice park nearby. Two Metro stations about 10 Minutes to walk, big shopping mall above station Sao Sebastiao (El corte Ingles). Friendly almost english speaking personnel. Floors 2 and 3 are undergoing renovation in march 2009, the rest is already a bit worn out. Breakfast simple but OK. Good price/quality. The only thing worse was that the air condition does not cool down properly, not good for hot summer time. But we could leave the window open, even no problem with the planes from the nearby airport. Don't try to go there by car, it was even difficult to find for the taxi driver ! Buy the sete colinas ticket for public traffic. The City of Lisbon is absolutely marvellous, we enjoyed it very much !

The hotel was as described, in a quiet side street with little traffic noise and about 6 mins walk to the nearest metro station & very close to the Gulbenkian Museum and Modern Art Museum.

We booked 1 single room and two double rooms when we checked in the two double rooms were not available so we had to share a double bed each. We were still charged the same price. Also our three rooms were on the top floor, each and every night we were woken by the noise and banning of other guests, Susan had to ring reception on the Sunday night because it got so bad.

If you are visiting Lisbon and wont a nice stay for a nice price this is a very good choice. The only possible inconvenience might be that you must take an underground to the city center. The underground station is 3 minutes away. Don’t forget to reuse the underground ticket - you can save some money. Das ist ein gutes 3-Sterne Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is located near the Calouste Gulbenkian with its lovely park, and several nice shopping areas in the neighborhood. We love walking in new cities, so 3-4 km to downtown Lisbon was a nice trip, but we found taxies everywhere when needed, and 3 metro-stations just by. The hotel entrance is in a quiet parking/pedestrian street, so we could sleep well with the windows open (as we are used to) even at 1st floor. The breakfast was a simple but good “continental” buffet. The service was excellent and the staff professional and friendly. We payed less than 70€/night, although the room price at the door was set to 180€. Very good value for money.

Very good quality comparing to price. Nice staff, big clean rooms, quiet sorrounding. Good place for couples with special needs:) ( big mirrors everywhere, big bath) it is not in the city center but location is good and not very far from historical and enternteinment places.

We had a very pleasant stay in Lisboa with our 12 month old baby, and the staff of Sana Executive helped us in everything we needed for the baby, including cot, food storage and heating. Concerning the room, it was clean, quiet and spatious enough to allow the three of us having a good rest when back in the hotel after every full day of walking along the hills of the city. Quiet surroundings and rooms, sufficient breakfast, ten minutes walk to metro station, big parks nearby, efficient staff and good price/quality relationship. We would repeat if we visit Lisboa again.

Surrounding is extremely quiet. Clean, but little old-school hotel, not a disaster, but in a couple of years the rooms have to be renovated. Public areas are correct. Breakfest is very poor, like everywhere in Portugal. Metro station is about 5-8 minutes by walk.

I stayed at Sana Hotel in march/08, for 4 days. The room was clean, the furniture is new, the bed is very large, and the mattress is very comfortable. The television set could be larger, but is ok. The staff was very nice and helpful. Is a very good place to stay in Lisbon!

The hotel is ok, fear price/quality report, just the room a little bit too small, but clean and not noisy at all. Breakfest is delicious. The location of the hotel is a good one, close to metro station and city centre. Anyway, you can come back to the hotel by taxi, it's rather cheap but somehow tricky: only the starting and the luggage is 4-5 Euro! The town is beautiful but not so much to see, we saw everything in 2 days, including The Nations Park which is great (Oriente metro station). For shopping I would reccomend Centro Comerciale Colombo, close to Benfica Stadium. And if you have one day more, it worth to rent a car and drive to Cascais, Estoril and Sintra (20 km from Lisbon), you don't realise the beauty of that places till you got there!

Comfortable hotel in a very nice area, close to the park of the museum. The personal was professional and kind, the breakfast good. We were a couple with two kids (5y and 18m, we asked for a niddle added in the room, no cost added) and we had a good stay.

The hotel is in a quiet, trafic-regulated street with several OK- restaurants and cafees. We asked for and got a quiet, non-smoking, twinbedded room towards the street. Backside (north) will be wise, when warmer outside. Breakfast was standard buffet; coffee far better than average. Nice garden-setting in summer. Internetfacilities too expensive for leisure travellers (5 euros/hour min. 10 euros a full day) Maybe relevant facility for business traveller (includes working-desk facility).

Excellent choice at breakfast & lots of people staying there. Staff very helpful & accurate in their information. Most efficient with good check in / & out facilities.Excellent value for money. I would recommend this Hotel.

Hotel meraviglioso. Ottimo hotel.

You must give exact information and maps for the location . I asked for a parking place, in your reservation it was written that parking and breakfast were included in the price. Unfortunately when I moved my car from the parking and I return, they told me from the reception that there is no more a place for me in the parking. So I had to park outside paying extra money and having no security. If I knew that, I would not make a reservation at this hotel.

The hotel's location is extremely difficult to find, and the direction given does not really help (and the employs at the reception do not seems aware of this!) Metro station not really next door, but then not too many stops from down town. The atmosphere it is very cold. The austere rooms do not give the impression of cleanliness (shampoo box already open and used...). After all a not too expensive and ok place to stop by for one night in Lisbon, especially if by car (parking included) in order to avoid the city centre.

A very pleasant place to stay while in Lisbon, in a nice and quiet area only a few stops away from city centre, and with a few very good restaurant available a few steps away (much better than the tourist traps in the Baixa...). Rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathroom as well, even though some minor mantenance work would be advisable (air conditioning off despite 30 degrees outside, door lock quite hard to open, some lights not working properly); excellent breakfast buffet, in the nicest area of the hotel.

Good value vs quality. We paid 64euros a night, breakfast included. Hotel is situated in a quiet and safe area, close to El Corte Ingles and Paeque Eduardo IIV, where you can shop for everything and take a walk whenever you like. Metro station is nearly which will take you to major attractions. Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, from fresh to canned fruits, coldcuts to hot sasages and eggs, pastries etc. We would recommend Sana Executive.

The only problem if you get there with your car is that there is only one entrance to the avenida Conde Valbom. In top of that, you can't generally turn left on any of the streets around there. To find your way is a bit fishy.... I do think that the map should indicate the only way to get there with a car. BUT I must also say that, as I had finally to park my car (more or less...) and get to the hotel walking, somebody from the staff came with me and showed me how to drive to the hotel. Wich I think is very good service !! Next time I go to Lisbon, I will try to be in that hotel (if prices on internet are, as they were, half "list price")

Given the price (Euro 50 in Late November) and location, it was a great place to stay. Only a 5 minute walk from the closest Metro (on the same line to the Baixa) situated under a shopping centre. The area felt very safe, but not much of a choice of restaurants around the area. The buffet breakfast was american style, not a huge range, but it did the job.

I like this hotel very much (stayed there 2-3 times already). A very good value for price paid, quiet area (semi-pedestrian street with several restaurants near the hotel, metro 10 min. away by foot, also a supermarket Pingo Doce 2 blocks away). The breakfast is good, rooms are clean and quiet, definitely a good choice for Lisbon.

The bathroom is all marble! It's gorgeous. Very quiet. Great value. Although I took a bus from the airport to the hotel-it's right outside, I took a taxi back to the airport because it's easy to get lost. The ride was inexpensive (under 15 euro I believe) Breakfast is amazing!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks.
