Hotel Roma - Lisbon

Hi.Except the noise performed by train,our stay at Roma hotel was nice.HJc

Very good cost-performance hotel.

Really nice hotel, with good connection to the center and own parking.

It was my first time in lisbon, but i am happy that i booked hotel roma. it was super and if i will come back to lisbon i will come back to this hotel

Just one night stop while transfering to our final destination. Perfect for us because close to the airport, open all night and it has practical family rooms.

FRom outside the hotel does not look good but ibnside it is really very beautiful.

Good hotel, excellent value for money. Breakfast was however somewhat disappointing with limited variety of hot food and no yoghurt

Try to get a room away from the railway line if possible. There are some good local restaurants in side streets around the hotel - seek them out. We didn't find the staff particularly welcoming or helpful but it didn't spoil our enjoyment.

The room and price are good. However, you need to tolerance the poor face from the staff. When I asked the staff for the location of bus stop to airport, they even can't surely answer me. Finally, I found the bus stop is just nearby the hotel. Further, they want to charge me EUR4 for HOT Water. It is my first time to see a hotel who charges for hot water. Originally, I planned to stay there for 6 nights. But finally I decided to shorten to 4 days and moved to the hotel opposed to Roma. Roma can provide a good price and room. But don't expect anything from the staff.

Be prepared for a "music" of railway - it´s right under the windows! But hotel himself is OK - staff is friendly, location is good (close to airport and subway). OK, some improvements to breakfast would be welcomed.

Excellent second séjour seul bémol: le café est vraiment infecte au petit déjeuner!!! dommage alors qu'il est toujours si bon au portugal à changer absolument on y retournera....

Buena ubicacion, excelente precio/calidad.

Our friends actually paid less for the same rooms than we did a week earlier. The people in reception definitely need training in public relations and basic good manners!

About 10 min away from the old part of town by subway. Breakfast is boring, hotel staff are not really friendly, more like indifferent to the guests. But it was a good price and we had a room with an excellent view.
