Breakfast was quite poor. The hotel is close to Pombal Square and public transportation. We had a room in the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. A nice stay, I would recommend it!

Room was functional, clean and quiet - access to the city was good - metro very close and a few shops plus a park. Staff were helpful.

We booked a double room. Everything was perfect, also breakfast is very recomendable.

The hotel is a real oasis of peace and relaxation after spending a busy day touring the city. The park across the street is lovely and contributes to the feeling of quiet and restfulness. It is very centrally located without being in a hectic spot. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would definitely go back for another stay. The breakfast which was included was plentiful and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed many times in Lisboa and this was the best experience!

The hotel is well located near a park, very quiet place. There is a public parking in front of the hotel. we stayed there just for one night but if I had to choose a hotel to stay in Lisbon this one would be in my list.

We stayed in a double room. I asked for a room with a view of the park, and they were very kind to offer us one for no extra charge (since we stayed 5 nights). However, I was not aware that all of the rooms with a view of the park are twin rooms, and so we changed back to our original double room. We especially enjoyed our visits to the hotel restaurant for dinner... the food was quite good and the waiter was very pleasant to talk with. The mornings in the restaurant were a bit more hectic, since we must have chosen the popular breakfast time and so it was crowded and noisy. Maybe we just needed to get up earlier!

Very good hotel, close to metro station with large rooms, well furnished. Good the quality of service provided. Excellent the breakfast.

Hotel is not in downtown, but overlook at a nice park and very quit. Metrostation is in 5 minutes walk and downtown is 5 minutes by metro. Breakfast is good.

Non avrei tante cose da dire. L’albergo è un po’ vecchio, ma la nostra camera era tenuta discretamente bene, la colazione era abbondante e il personale era molto simpatico. Vorrei soltanto sottolineare che il garage dichiarato fra i servizi della struttura non esiste, c’è un parcheggio pubblico vicino che costa circa 11 euro al giorno. Fra i ristoranti vicini all’albergo, non vi consiglio di andare a uno che si chiama “O saboroso”, perché si mangia molto male e il servizio è pessimo.

I would recommend this hotel for any couples or adults of any age but not really for families. The location of this hotel is excellent for touring & getting to/from the airport. Great people at teh hotel very helpful. Would definately stay there again

Breakfast was not so interesting and every day the same. Some days there was a long queue waiting for a place in the breakfast room.
