Hotel Lutecia Lisboa - Lisbon

The location of the hotel is excellent; easy access with via Metro to the important places and also very close to the airport. The staff and their services were excellent, especially the room service ( cleaning staff ). Anytime I come to Lisbon, that is where I'm going to stay.

Great hotel very welcoming steff and a great restaurant all contributed to a great stay.

First visit to Lisbon. Disappointed the usual tourist brochures were not offered in lobby.BUT, the hostess at the front desk was very helpful. She gave us a city map and showed us where to catch the Metro, then which tram to the spots we wanted, even pointing Lisbon's famous Pasteis and coffee. Hotel isn’t near any restaurants. But the hotel restaurant served an excellent breakfast and dinners.

This is a nice hotel, slightly outside of the historic centre, but with good transport links. The service and breakfast are 4*, but everything else is 3*: small rooms, outdated decoration and no attention to detail (few things needed to be fixed in the room). People have said it before me and I confirm: this hotel is noisy!! While the restaurant room is double glazed, our room (917) had single glazing. Overlooking the busy Av. da Republica, you could hear the traffic. To make things worse, on the last night we realised we were just next to the laundry. They started the washing machines at midnight and at 1am I had to go to the reception to ask for another room, just to get a good night sleep. Would I come back? I would if they could guarantee a quiet room, but they said they couldn't, so I will avoid them. Tip: Do not book their airport transfer. It costs 10 euros per person, while taxi will cost 6-7 euros.

Very good value for money with good service and rooms - also have to say staff were very helpful!!

The hotel provided everything it offered. We found a good rate a wanted to stay near the airport to catch an early flight. Free internet and a nice breakfast were appreciated.

This was a very convenient hotel as I needed it only for a forthnight stay to catch my flight soon the morning after my arrival at Lisbon. Close to the airport, confortable, clean and quiet.

Very good hotel located with easy access into the city by walking or Metro. We were impressed with our reception and the upgrade we received.Excellent restaurant with wide choice. Overall it more than exceeded our expectations.

employees very kind. Breakfast very generous and delicious. Only one thing: difficulties to watch tv propertly, just a few channels available. Anyway, I would repeat.

När vi kom fram till Lutecia fanns inte varan bokning. De inte hittade den trots att vi bokade på webben www.venere.com . Det ordnade sig ändå.

The staff and hotel accomdations met our expectations and overall we were pleasantly surprised. The location was a bit away from downtown but was easily accessible via taxi. The staff spoke very good english and we asked and recieved a room on a upper floor and on the back side of the hotel away from the train station. Breakfast was included and was fine. Our room was spacious for european standards and was very well cleaned on a daily basis.

En cuanto a localización, no estaba muy céntrico pero tiene una parada de metro a unos 2 minutos andando.La habitaciçon estaba bien, espaciosa, sin ruidos y la cama confortable, el único punto malo, pero para mí, muy importante fué la limpieza del baño, que dejaba bastante que desear, la bañera con pelos! y la bandeja de los jabones con restos de jabón (u otra cosa) de otros huespedes, nos quedamos 2 noches y allì quedó para los siguientes...es una lástima porque el trato del personal fué estupendo y el desayuno también estaba muy bien (a excepción del café que sabía fatal,algo bien raro en Lisboa donde el café suele ser delicioso!)

super hotel. excellent location. 5 minutes from airport. 2 minutes to metro. staff were friendly and courteous. the breakfast was the best. only problem was noise from the trains at night. our room was at the front of hotel.if we go back to lisbon we will stay in lutecia hotel again.
