Lisboa Plaza Hotel - Lisbon

I would highly recommend this hotel. I love the design, very classic & well appointed. Great location, too.

Great hotel! Great location, minutes away from Bairro Alto or Chiado or Rossio. Very centrally located and in a quiet street which lets you sleep when needed ;-) Customer service was great. Just one thing, like many boutique hotel, breakfast is expensive, try to go out for breakfast. We loved this hotel.

The atmosphere and the surrounding were excellent. The central location and the service was also very good. We would very much like to return to Lisboa plaza.

Can throughly recommend the hotel. Only comment would be as another reviewer has noted the hotel staff did not think breakfast was included in the price. But this was accepted once supporting documentation shown.

Hotel set in good central area. Staff are friendly, speak english and are good for directions and places of interest. Located near to Metro and bus stops, purchase a travel pass for the duration of your stay. When going out for the evening use taxis (quite cheap)from the hotel to take you to restaurant location, saves a lot of searching when you are hungry. Try the Bairro Alto area for restaurants (recommend Lisboa Noittra and Alfaia Restaurante). Take a Train to Sintra where you will find the palaces of the kings, a quiet retreat with a gentler pace than Lisbon.

Highly recommended for its location, just off Avenida Liberdade and close to metro and buses - airport bus stop just a few steps away. Lisbon's principal attractions all easily accessible, many just a leisurely stroll. Hotel staff are the other plus: doorman, concierge, receptionist all very helpful, friendly and informative. Pleasant double room, clean, comfortable and fairly spacious though bathroom rather cramped. Excellent buffet breakfast - though note that, in contrast to clearly stated B&B inclusive rate on the website, on arrival hotel receptionist made half-hearted attempt to say breakfast was NOT included - but when challenged, graciously backed down. Overall, excellent value and very nice atmosphere in the hotel - enjoy!
