Hotel HF Fénix Urban - Lisbon

this is a nice new hotel situated close to all tourist attractions in lisbon. rooms are new, small, but well laid out in European standards. bathroom is well done. Make sure you specify which Fenix hotel you are staying at if you use a taxi from the airport- there are 3 Fenix locations in the central area. overall good value for money.

Good location near metro.No noise from streets but from the corridor close to the lift. Our first stay, hope to come back later!! We recomand short walk to the park and museum of Gulbenkian

Excellent Hotel in the right place to use to get around Lisbon. Great breakfast at a reasonable price. I will use Fenix Urban whenever in Lisbon

100 mtrs from shopping was not found until last hours. A department store on the same street just past the metro station Parque. Offers % for tourists - take your passport. Otherwise a long walk to the harbour - don't take the main street the back streets are interesting and safe with not touristy eating places. Don't pay for the lift in the city - a short walk up the roadway will have you sitting in a park being served from a cafe - solitude. Coming out of the elevator to your room looks like walking into a cardboard box. Parking is onsite and a challange for a big car.

Restaurant needs to change the Chef and the quality of food.

Excellent value and location in central Lisbon with easy access to public transportation and sightseeing tours. Great breakfast, clean rooms. WiFi was a bit spotty. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is located in relatively quiet area, but close to public transport stations (both buses and metro) and this is really helpful getting around the city. Gourmand's tip: don't miss the fresh croissants on breakfast.

Wonderful little hotel in Lisbon! It's located one block away from Marques de Pombal and across the street from Metro Parque station. About a 20 min. walking distance to Downtown, if you don't feel like taking the Metro, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were small but very clean, with huge bathrooms compared to European standards (with a full size tub), and nothing luxurious but with everything you need. Best value for the price that we got in Europe. Staff was very helpful and accommodating at all times. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Lisbon!

Hotel in good position, room was spacious and clean. However throughout the night we were woken by people unlocking their doors as it sounded like they were coming into our room (perhaps from the wooden floorboards the sound travelled). We had other friends staying in hotel who had same issues. When trying to get a drink at the bar downstairs it took us asking the front desk to call someone a few times before we got service. Parking a lot cheaper further up street (approx 100 metres)in public parking. Recommend the Korean restuarant 2 doors down.

The location is excellent for public transportation,like bus and metro and is very close to Parque subway station which makes seeing the city very easy.Room was good and clean,the staff were helpful and pleasant.Good value for money and good breakfast and coffee.Tv has many English channels.
