Hotel Heritage Avenida Liberdade - Lisbon

I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends. It has everything that a guest could need: from a perfect location to a friendly staff which is always ready to help. I would like also to mention the impressive breakfast and quietness of the rooms, though it is located at the very centre of the city. This hotel has its own individuality!

This place was fantastic! Totally exceeded my expectations. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. Hotel is located in a central area, within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Staff were so friendly and helpful. On our last day it rained, and they gave us an umbrella (to keep) so we wouldn't get wet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

very nice hotel

I stayed in a double single bed room, it was acceptable but small, my room was quieter than the children's room which faced the street, the staff was well trained and very courteous to our needs and help with planning tours as well as other questions and concerns, we were not aware that breakfast was included which was a pleasant surprise, it can be delivered to your room free of charge, and a buffet with a very nice variety is offered in the lobby until noon. The location is very nice and convenient, there are taxis available outside, shopping and restaurants nearby...the negatives were: no restaurant, very small bar area, the handicap available entrance closes earlier that the main entrance making it difficult for people with disabilities to enter, there are stairs at the main entrance and no railing, the pool is very small as is the workout area, all in all I would go back if traveling on business or for a short stay.
