Hotel Avenida Palace - Lisbon

Wxcellente hotel, some people very nice, not all. Maby because we are italian people!!! With the other customer very very nice.

The hotel is very stylish, relaxing and exclusive. The air con in the room is a bit noisy. I would have liked to have wireless internet available in the room. Location is superb. The parking is too small, however it did not present any problem (perhaps not too many guests with cars?). The orange juice was quite bitter,... however quality of food at breakfast was quite good. A very good place to stay, indeed.

I highly reccomend this hotel. Very elegant. Lies in the middel of the town centre. We booked a double superior room but were given a large suite with jacuzzi. We had to go to the airport very early in the morning and they the opened the breakfast reastaurant half an hour earlier just for us.

Very good location in the center near the interesting spots to see and restaurants. Nice oold hotel in palace style. Certainly kept well but feels some kind of "dusty".

I like the service, the location, rooms, cleaning...everything...I always go with my family and stay in a suite, and my children love it...

We are a couple. The breakfast at the avenida was excellent. First we had a room to the street which was very loud. Then we had a room to the inside of the building which was very quiet. The hotel is very old and for a 5 star hotel the price is to high and the rooms are too small.

The hotel is perfect and all the staff has been very kind - except for the barman, who wasn't keen on giving too much details on the choice of our evening porto. Very good position and breakfast!

Very lovely old hotel in an excellent location. Our room, although overlooking the busy Rossio square and on the 2nd floor was adequately sound proofed. The internet connection was not working our room and there was no wireless connection but there was a shared computer in the lobby. Probably more suitable for vacation than business.

This is a very nice hotel with a wonderfull breakfast. Employee are very competent. Excellent!!

The breakfast, which was included, was wonderful. It's an older hotel, but holding up very well.

We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival, it was beatufully decorated and had a double set of windows to keep out the noise but provided a lovely view. The location is perfect for exploring the city and you can walk to restaurant row and the theater. I enjoyed the hotel and its busy bar and salon area. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff were the most helpful I have ever come across. We had a few issues with our onward journey and one receptionist spent hours sorting it out for us.
