Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location is superb (10 meters from subway station and just down the street from big shopping centre). Rooms are cleaned daily and they are very clean. Walls and doors are very thin so you can hear the maid in the morning (8-9h) when she starts to vacuum other rooms and hallway - that is the only bad thing because it wakes you up for sure. We did not have breakfast so I don't know if it is good, but all around the hotel there are small inexpensive restaurants. I would recommend it for location, cleanliness and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Hotel seemed to be recently renovated, nice rooms, very good location (metro station entrance right across the street - red/blue lines). Staff was also very helpful.

Great hotel - full four star hotel. Metro across the street gets you to all the tourist sites easily, or a 20 minute walk through the Edward VI park to the main restaurant area
