Beautiful setting. very friendly staff. spacious room with a large terrace. convenient walk to the center of town. the only drawback was that the shuttle service was not predictable. though i only needed to take my luggage to the port.

Having just returned from Lipari, I have fresh memories of our pleasant stay on the island. The hotel is as described in the web page. The service provided to go out from the hotel was very efficient and convenient to reach the beach, the town centre and return. The recommended affiliated restaurant and activities, booked through the hotel reception, were of good value and quality. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, for both breakfast and dinner, with fresh home made cakes and croissants for our breakfast on the veranda made breakfast and enjoyable experience every morning. We intend to return in the future to soak up the atmosphere to recharge and relax in one of the most pleasant hotels I have stayed. I travel a great deal for business and leisure, I've had good and bad experiences in hotel accommodation in various parts of the world. This was one I shall remember as overall, excellent. NH Italy.

Very kind and disponible service, reacting quickly to requests and going out of their ways to provide information on the Lipari Islands and the associated facilities (ferry services, etc.) Excellent value for money, with many smiles and much kindness.
