Hotel staff was very helpful. Special mention to Alessia and hotel owner, Claudio. Alessia addressed all of our needs, made phone calls for us, packed us a some food because we checked out before breakfast was served. Claudio went out of his way to take us to the port so we can catch our ferry ride on time. Great breakfast too! Hotel was nice and clean, wireless internet was a nice bonus. I'd recommend this hotel anytime and will be back.

Everything good but for room quietness. No noise from the street but coming from surrounding rooms. Hairdryer not present in the bathroom. Personnel very friendly. Very nice beach close to the hotel. Boat excursions easily available. Overall, strongly suggested for the price.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available between noon and 8 p.m. Please communicate later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €5,00 per night.
Transfer service to and from the harbour of Canneto is complimentary.
Transfer service to and from the Catania airport is not included and costs €25,00 per person per way.
Wireless Internet access is free for the first 15 minutes, then costs €1,00 each 15 minutes.
Baby cots are not included and cost €5,00 per night.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations regarding reservations longer than 4 days the penalty will be of 2 nights. For cancellations regarding reservations in August the penalty will be 100% of total amount of stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
