The recently opened Youthotel Linz is located in the heart of Upper Austria, just six tram stops from the city centre of Linz. The hotel offers an excellent location to visit the city and celebrate Linz as capital of culture 2009.
The Youthotel Linz boasts a picturesque inner courtyard and a nice park and offers excellent service and modern comfort at a hostel rate in a friendly ambience. Furthermore, disabled guests are offered special facilities.

No soap provided, request soap but was told the delivery of soap has not arrived. No glasses in hotel room. No bedside table or lamp. Breakfast was very poor. Bread roll with butter or liver pate. Very weak coffee

It´s a perfect hotel for an stay of one or two nights, maximun three. The hotel was good, with perfect conection to the city center by tram 1 or tram 2; that has the station close to the hotel (2 minutes by foot).

the rooms were neat but the bed linens were never changed for my four days stay despite the housekeeping that was done daily.they were only smoothened.the weeds around the hotel and little bushes should have been kept neater.

Extérieurs de l'hôtel à revoir (manque cruel d'un jardinier) et parking trop petit. Les chambres sont très agréables par rapport à l'austérité des couloirs.Petit déjeuner correct. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Coming from Vienna/Salzburg, proceed on the highway A1 and take the Linz exit. Proceed along the highway A7 until the exit Salzburger Straße/Neue Welt. From there continue along Salzburger Straße and Wiener Straße, following the hotel signs.
By train
From the railway station of Linz (about 1 km distance) you can reach the property by tram.
By airplane
