Perfect location to visit Linz, rooms and public spaces very "design", service friendly and helpful, rich and delicious breakfast (buffet), nice bar and excellent restaurant. Only regret: opening hours of the spa. It closes too early (and opens too late) so that we could not use it during our stay, but it looked great! Highly recommendable hotel

Centrally located, excellent new hotel. Absolutely clean, modern rooms, wonderful breakfast, kind and helpful staff. It is well worth the price. Our only concern is how the hotel would look like in a few years, the materials dont seem to be of top quality. However, if we return to Linz, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Motorway A7 to the direction of Prag/Freistadt, exit Linz/Zentrum, follow the road (Waldeggstrasse) for about 1 km, turn right into Stockhofstrasse, turn left into Stifterstrasse after 600 m.
By train
Until Linz Hauptbahnhof - 1.5 km to the hotel
By airplane
To Blue Danube Airport Linz - 15 km to the hotel
By public transportation
From the main railway station (Linz HBF) take the tram line 1, 2 or 3; go 3 stops until 'Mozartkreuzung'; walk towards St. Mary's Cathedral, keep left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Our rates are quoted per room per night including breakfast buffet, all services and duties and free use of our spa area with sauna, steam bath, wellness showers and atrium relax zone.
The local tax of Euro 0,75 per adult per day will be charged separately.
You may park your car in the underground car park underneath the hotel (Euro 15,00 per 24 h).
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation later than 2 days prior to arrival, the full amount of
the reservation will be charged to the credit card stated at the time of
booking.
