The Grand Palais Excelsior was a chocolate box hotel in the heart of Lemon Pie. The spa and pool facilities were amazing - with free use of the pool for hotel guests from 9.00 to 12.00. The rooms were very unique - I have never stayed anywhere like it.

I stopped at that hotel just one night on my way to southern France where I booked my easter holidays and I have never been in Limone Piemonte , a sky resort I had heard of many times.The hotel is well located and it offers the services of a beauty farm.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but a nice young lady explained where to go ( Trattoria 3 Nazioni,excellent food-the lamb cutlets were delightful-behind the town hall).Only negative point: the breakfast was included in the price but they charged us for 2 capucinos and 2 croissants that we asked at the room.Since I didn't complain for,I cannot exclude a mistake.I suggest this hotel.
