Hotel Peru Star Boutique Apartments - Lima

The staff makes you feel like you are family. They go out of their way to take care of you. The place is gorgeous and very comfortable. I would recommend it and stay there again as well.

This hotel was a beautiful oasis in such a large urban city: lovely gardens, friendly staff who brought us hot chocolate and a treat before bed, delicious Peruvian food, clean, spacious apartments in a quieter section of the city...we loved our stay at the Peru Star Boutique Apartments and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

Excellent food in the courtyard restaurant. A good alternative to going out to eat, probably the most consistently quality food on the trip. Killer Pisco Sours. The room was nice with an interesting layout. There was a grated opening to the hall which made things noisy and a little less private but overall a comfortable, reasonable family choice in San Isidro, next to Miraflores.

Absolutely love Peru Star and the staff. Will most definitely be comng back to stay here when in Lima. Thank you so much for all the accommodations. Lovely courtyard areas!

Great place to start or end your trip in Peru. Only complaint was that our tv wasn't working and because of the way the place is set up the windows are thin and you can hear a lot of outside stuff sometimes, not all the time. The staff was wonderful and the communication was GREAT! We we're emailed to ask if we needed a ride from the airport and they were very welcoming. Would stay there again.

This hotel was wonderful! My stay in Lima was 4 days/3nites and the sadest thing about leaving Lima, was leaving this hotel. It was like leaving an old friend behind. It is so cute, clean and just wonderful! They were there to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival and Lucy (the owner's wife...who is such a sweet and lively lady) got up really early in the morning to take me to the airport for my flight to Cusco. Thank you James for arranging my tour (as my Spanish speaking liason) for Cusco! You were wonderful! I experienced so much "ethnic" hospitality here (from the sweet little cook who cooked a new peruvian dish for me every day for dinner accompanied by the traditional pisco sour) to the great hospitality that I received from the owners and the hostess desk. This hotel is quaint, quite, safe, great location, large spacisous, clean rooms and I would definitely recommend it. It will definitely be my place of choice to stay on my next trip back to Lima.

What a wonderful place! Located in a quiet, upscale residential area we found it to be a convenient base for traveling the city. Easy access to the airport. While only my 19-yr old daughter checked in and only for one night, they welcomed the whole family, held our bags for the day, and provided transport to the airport. we "chilled" in the lounge area and ordered a very nice, very reasonably priced dinner. I highly recommend it to all, including women traveling alone. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, assisting with some esoteric destination answers. Excellent value.
