Hermitage Gantois is a lovely hotel and a great place to stay, however, we were disappointed that the room we had been 'upgraded' to, was like an oven when we were shown it. It was a warm day and I found the bathroom radiator was on max. We complained but nothing happened and it wasn't until I went to the front desk to complain again, that I was lucky enough to see the manager, who moved us almost immediately to a cooler room. The point is we shouldn't have been offered the first room in the first place and the person who showed it to us should have moved us out immediately. That said, it is still a great place to stay!
