Citotel Nord Hotel - Lille

Very run down, unattractive area. Secure parking, but with an extra cost (5 euros). Rooms fine - nothing special, but adequate size and clean altho no shower curtain. Staff very helpful. A power cut for a several minutes in the morning.

Staff were friendly and recommended a good local resturant. The room was clean and spacious and was on the road but the noise was minimal. Parking was safe.

We staid just for one night. A bit far from the center but clean and quiet. Very good when you have a car.

The hotel is in a really rough area, deffo need to pay the extra for indoor parking at 5 euros. The rooms are tatty , there was a handle hanging off the bathroom door. There was a musty smell too. Didn't stay for brekjfast but I think froma glance it lookied as if it was not worth the 8 euros quoted.

There was only one person at the reception desk. Hotel is very far from metro and map was wrong. Breakfast is very light. Rooms are old. Surrounding is not secure.

We chose the Hotel Nord as it was convenient for public transport into Lille (10 minutes walk to Metro Station)and because of the secure parking. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. Our room was adequate but there was only a hand held shower and no curtain. The car park was very secure and included in the price. Lovely fresh rolls and croissants for breakfast. Not the nicest area but we only used it as a base. The hotel is on a main road but good double glazing kept the room quiet.

Camera piccolissima,squallida,non c'è una presa di corrente nel bagno,odore di fogna, anche in camera,molto rumorosa pagamento all'arrivo per paura che il cliente scappi!!!!

The area appeared run down, we probably would not have booked had we seen photos of the exterior of the hotel. On the positive side the breakfast was very good.

Excellent value for money - good base for exploring Lille.

Desk clerks were very helpful.

We used the hotel as an overnight stop on our way down to Bordeaux, all the staff were extremely helpful, ever passing through Lille again I wouldn’t hesitate is staying again, I especially liked the parking facilities, which are enclosed within the hotel.

We felt the quality of service was very good and our expectations of the rooms for the price was well met. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

Very hard to find,poorly indicated which exit to take to reach the hotel. Shabby area, small bottle of beer from the fridge behind the reception 3 euros!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable for a good price. The hotel was on the fringe of a somewhat run down area but not bad.
