The hotel was very nice. Excellent rooms, staff very kind, very good quality/price relationship. Generally, services offered by that hotel are comparable to those offered by hotels with higher category.

the hotel is really nice. unfortunately in our 2nd night there was a family party with loud music so we couldn't sleep until 2 o'clock in the morning. Ask before booking unless your are not the host of the party.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 12 p.m.

Extra beds for chilren are subject to an extra charge of €10,00 each.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation:
-7 days before check in : 30% of the total amount will be charged on your
credit card.
-3 days before check in : 50% of the total amount will be charged on your
credit card.
- 2 days, 1 day before check in or the day if check in : 100% of amount
will be charged on your credit card.
For reservations between the 27th and the 30th august & for the promotion, the
full amount of the stay will be charged at reservation time
and is non refundable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
