Hotel Adler Leipzig - Leipzig

The hotel is 7 trams stops to the city center. So the location is good and quiet. The room is small because of the price. Breakfast is good, especially the coffee. I hear noises made by the train now and then. But overall, the staff is friendly and my stay is enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Adler hotel. The front desk clerks were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee great. The hotel is a ways away from the old town, but easily reached by the nearby tram. The rooms were nice, and we liked that it was a small hotel. It would have been nice to know that there are no cafes or places to eat nearby, which means you must take a tram ride to find meals other than breakfast. I would consider staying there again.

Es un hotel correcto dentro del precio, pero demasiado alejado del centro. La coneccion a internet no es muy buena. El entorno es bastante triste (muchos edificios abandonados). Afortunadamente esta cerca de una estacion de tren.

We only stayed for one night but everything was fine.

The only unexpected event was that in your e-mail for booking confirmation, you wrote to me that money would not be charged on my credit card wich should only be a warranty for the reservation: instead when I arrived at the hotel, I was paying but the personnel told me that I had already payed by credit card when I made reservation!

Tiny rooms which they were doing carpentry work on while we were there to the point that we had to find something to do for half an hour after breakfast while they finished. Very close to subway station and only ten minutes from the center of Leipzig but the immediate area around the hotel is very run down. Breakfast was quite good.
