Bewleys Hotel - Leeds

Helpful, efficient and friendly staff, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, clean linens - much better than a motel for a place to sleep. The rooms are very well sound-proofed, especially towards the end of the corridors away from the fire doors and lifts. Good value for money - competitively priced through Venere.com, at £59 including VAT.

Overall, this is a good hotel in a convenient location offering very good value for money. The rooms are also modern and very well equipped. However there is quite limited parking in the hotel car park and the layout of the public areas like the bar are not ideal. For example the bar is very large but the seating is poorly arranged and this can make it fill up quickly as it gets busy. Checkout was also slow and crowded and staff reponse to queries was adequate but uninspired. However its competitive price and great location near city centre and Royal Armouries Museum means that we would definitely use it again.

This hotel was perfect. I read a hotel web page , that Leeds stadium is a near. This is not true. Stadium was a far, very far.

Good hotel, ideal location, great value

We visited our son who is studying at Leeds University and found Bewleys to be well situated for sightseeing, shopping, theatre and restaurants. Our stay at Bewleys was comfortable, the food excellent and the staff friendly and helpful The value was exceptional and the advantage of a car park cannot be over estimated in Leeds Looking forward to returning in the future
