Risorgimento Resort - Lecce

I spent a couple of days in Lecce and enjoyed very much my stay there through the kind assistance and support from Hotel's people

Nice hotel centrally located close to the main square. clean , generously sized room with small balcony overlooking the street. furnishing a little tired looking but comfortable. Nice hot robust shower once you figured out how to turn it on. good buffet breakfast featuring local produce and excellent coffee. Pleasant rooftop terrace serving food but did not actually eat there as we found a very nice small restaurant a few streets away.

Business and affluent travelers. Liked our room, especially since we had an "end" room with a view.

Staff at desk was wonderful. Only problem was broken shower which sprayed water all over bathroom, and which never got fixed.

Excellent in all senses. You can save the money for the parking garage if you ask that your car be left in the outside park, free of charge

The location of this hotel is in center of Lecce. The staff are very friendly and nice.

Great out of season price for this centrally located Hotel in beautiful Lecce. We dined in the hotel restaurant on our first evening and they served the best food we had during our 10 day trip in Italy. We though it was a little pricey before booking but it was definitely value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall this was an excellent hotel where we fully enjoyed our stay.

Probably the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Great location, great room, great service - what more can I say?

Great hotel with one of the better breakfasts in the center of the old town in Lecce. Near impossible to get to. There is 1 entrance to get to it (ignore the GPS on this one since it takes you to a one way/pedestrian street) which if you miss you have to circle around the old town to get another chance. Hotel parking is on the street, so you can save yourself some money by finding a spot (if possible).

Surely an Excellent Stay and Location. Don't hesitate! Just notice that, surprisingly, the triple room was gathered with only one (very) big bed! Hopefuly, we were sleeping with my daughter (13 yr). A swimming would have been very appreciated.

The Risorgimento Resort in Lecce is a stunning hotel in a truly beautiful city of Italy. Free internet and books on the area could be used, the parking outside was free, the staff are kind and helpful, the room truly enormous and luxurious. Even the air conditioning was quiet to help a restful sleep. Lecce is near the coast, so though there's no pool I prefered the beach anyway.

The hotel structure is beautiful, and the location in superb, literally a few steps from Lecce's main square and a very short walk from all attractions. Our room was very spacious and well furnished. The service, however, was less satisfactory: the reception staff had no trace of our on-line reservation; fortunately there were rooms available, but what if the hotel had been full? The TV remote control was not working, and only after asking twice was it repaired. When our car was returned from the garage the key was partly damaged (for this, to tell the truth, we were exempted from paying the supplement for the garage itself).

My wife and I never expected as fine a hotel as this Lecce. The hotel is one of finist we've ever stayed at. Anywhere. The staff is excellant. The location great. The rooms are beatiful and the breakfast is superior to most other hotels in Italy. Would I go back? You bet and without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the best excellent hotel in Puglia, I think. Staff were very kind and friedly. I would like to stay again, if I have a chance to go to Lecce.

I stayed at the Risorgimento Resort for of couple of nights in late September, when, despite a slightly out-of-season atmosphere, it provided excellent food and comfort. It's a pleasant building right in the centre of town, with spacious bedrooms decorated in a fashionable style and soothing neutral colours. It has a pleasant, small restaurant on the ground floor where a good breakfast is served and a small, interesting library area where you can read the daily papers or browse through a variety of guides to the region. I'm not quite sure what merits the 'Luxury' category but I wasn't there long enough to try out all the facilities advertised. Certainly the service was excellent. I had an unpleasant cold when I arrived and didn’t feel like eating in the restaurant so opted for room service. I could not have had more sympathetic and charming advice and was served an extremely good, elegant meal in my room which managed to be both light and tempting enough for me to make it though three courses and raise my spirits. Good value for the standard.

Hotel espectacular conj una soberbia relación calidad - precio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas con una decoración muy cuidada, tienen vestidor y el cuarto de baño es amplio y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. En resumen un 10 sobre 10 para este hotel.

Lecce is a MAGNIFICENT city which alone is worth a trip to Puglia ! Just amazing. The Hotel Risorgimento Resort is an exquisite hotel: modern, well designed, excellent location, great food, spacious rooms, large bathrooms, unique staff service, great price for such an accomodation. A MUST if you go to Lecce !
