Hotel President - Lecce

Rooms are very large and clean, staff very professional and efficient, yet the hotel suffers a bit from being built in the 60ies: bathroom would deserve an improvement in some items, and some rooms smell smoke. A little refurbishment would be needed, or at least some details could be replaced (e.g. the shower curtain old, no lamps for reading when in bed..)

L'albergo è in posizione centralissima. Non prenotano il garage anche se si fa richiesta, bisogna arrivare molto presto. Colazione ben fornita e prodotti appena sfornati. L'albergo è stile anni '70 mai rinnovato.

Late April obviously wasn't the best time to visit this hotel - together with a school class producing terrible noice in the corridor waking us up at midnight. A telephone call to the reception didn't work and we couldn't notice anyone trying to stop all shouting and crying outside our door for about half an hour. Neither we got any apologize when we payed and left in the morning. The breakfast was splendid.

Excellent accomodation, one of the best price-quality-relationsships ever!

We only stayed one night, but we liked it. We wanted to stay longer, but we had to go further. But there will be a next time!

The hotel is quite old but clean and close to the downtown. I recommend it.

Hotel centrale, non di recente costruzione ma con 4 stelle vere... ho pagato una camera doppia, spaziosa e con tutti i confort, 85 euro... ottimo per la categoria.

We had connecting rooms which were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very professional and we really enjoyed our stay. The decor is very 1970s but is obviously maintained very well at it is not at all tired. Is a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Lecce and would recommend this to people who like nostalgia trips
