All the staff were really friendly and professional. We hadn't booked breakfast and they sometimes offered us free coffee in the morning. Always smiling!! The hotel is not central but you can go to the port by walking (less than 10 min). It has no restaurant but it does't matter because there are hundreds in the port. You will need a car if you want to go to the beach and visit the area. It has a free parking, free wi-fi connection in the recepcion (so you save a lot of money!) and a safe in the room. The swimming pool is small but there were very little people so it was perfect. Very quiet and clean. Nice garden with flowers. Le Cap-d'Agde had not many foreign turists and all the locals were extremely polite. Very good quality service in bars and restaurants. I would like to come back soon. I love France and its people.

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE AGAINST STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. We booked a poolside room for 4 nights but when we arrived late the first evening (as we said we would) our room had been given away to someone else. Initially they refused to put us up, despite us clearly having a confirmed booking (not only from our paperwork but also their own!). They suggested we look outside Cap D'Agde as the town was apparently all booked up but they initially made no phone calls to check this, nor did they help us find somewhere else. I refused to leave unless they could find somewhere so eventually after about an hour they gave us a small dark room with a bed (not a guest room, but a poorly-kept staff room) for the first night, then a room (but not poolside) for the other 3 nights. But when we went to pay, they charged us the full poolside-room price for 4 nights! In other words, we had to pay for the room we should have had for 4 nights, not the cheaper one we actually had for only 3 nights!!! There was nothing wrong with the booking or the website though - it was just the hotel. Otherwise, a lovely holiday.
