Hotel Azur - Le Cap-d'Agde

As capd'agde is really a purpose built area, Would recommend going to Agde itself to see more history etc.

A great little hotel. The room was small but spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast good. It has a lovely terrace and swimming pool. The location is great - just a few metres from the marina and about 15 minutes walk along the quay to restaurants, bars, etc. (The same to the beach)

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, superb service, and lovely pool. We were allowed to check in at 12, and were allowed to stay until 12 the following day. The proximity and access to the marina was excellent. Free wi-fi was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made us feel most welcome. We would be happy to return and to recommend it to our friends.

It was our first time at Hotel Azur. Everything was perfect. I recommend breakfast served by the hotel as well. It's 7 € but it's quite good ( the orange juice tastes like orange juice and "croissants" are real french ones). What to say about the sorroundings: I fully recommend to visit this place on summer. Now, Easter Holidays, it was empty, windy and cold, and everything closed. However, the main town, Agde, it's an amazing and a beautiful place, no doubt. If you visit Cap d'Agde, this is your best hotel choice.

We stayed 4/8/07-11/8/07. The hotel is ideal to reach anywhere in Cap D'Agde. The staff are particularly pleasant and helpful. Probably the nicest staff we have come across in any of the hotels we have ever stayed at.

A very clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and pleasant public areas. The rooms are a little small but the upstairs aspect (balcony) in the family rooms is ideal for children aged 5+. On a busy roundabout, but at night with the windows closed and air conditionning on this really doesn't matter.

This hotel has 2 stars but it should have 3 stars. The quality is excellent, also the friendliness. You've got everything you need nearby the hotel : shops, the port, everything for kids, older kids, ... You name it, they've got it. Very nice place. Much to see. and if you want to sit every day at the see or the pool : you got it too.

The hotel is cleaner than a swiss hospital. The rooms are small but really well equipped with individually controlled air conditioning hair dryers etc and well decorated. The TV is a little small and has no channels in English [ though we suggested they add some and they said they would] Very friendly welcome and helpful owner and his family. Very nice outside patio area and swimming pool. Only continental breakfast available and its extra but you eat as much as you want. Free secure car park. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Cap D'adge. The owner recommends restaurants and we would add Les Amis Louis and La Madrague to those - both about a half a kilometre walk along the waterside away. All in all a first class little hotel

This hotel is very good value for money. The proprietor was friendly and very helpful and the room pleasant, if a bit small. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel (at 7 euros each) but chose to eat at the bakery just next door which was superb!! The best pain au chocolat I have tasted anywhere! We stayed 4 days and both agreed that we would happily return to the same hotel (especially if they reinstate the sauna, which was advertised on the website but no longer exists).

We (2 adults and 1 teenager) stayed in one of the quad-rooms available. Rather small but comfortable room. The owners are very welcoming and aswered our questions about restaurant and other facilities very efficiently. That period was during low season: however, the hotel being located away from the city center, I would guess the hotel is also quiet during peak period. Nice walk to the city center and to the beaches.
