I was staying in double room and the size was ok but it was nott very clean and the maids did their work not very well and did not look the door when they finished. All the other staff was exellent and very nice. The access to the swimmingpool was much to exspencive and the price should be mentioned on the web.

The rating is reduced dramaticly because of a terrible breakfast, where the waitress did not have a good grasp of the task just to fill up a self service table! A table with a very limited choice. Shower head was defect - full of chalk.

The Staff was exceptionally friendly, the receptionists very helpfull any shift of the day or night. The location superb as for accessablility and easy to find. However I must point out couple anomalies in the service and the bathroom appointment: (1) having stayed 19 days, after 10 days I had to ask to have the sheet in the bed to be changed, the receptionist said that normally the sheet are changed every 3 days, they were changed the next day(11th)and not until I asked again 2 days before departure that they were changed again. (note I did not stay at the holtel for 4 nights while doing excursions and stayed elsewere) (2) The bathroom could have done with a little more care in cleaningless, the soap holder was hanging ready to fall on the floor of the shower, the shower head was sprying water every other way except were one would expect it and the water was not running out the drain; I pointed out this issues at the reception desk and within couple days they were satisfactorily rectified. (3) We never lunched or dined at the hotel for we were always out but at brekfast we were reduced to using only paper cups and prepacked products due to the uninviting state of cleanliness of the cups and plates, Pity it would only take a very little extra effort. I have stayed at many different 3 stars hotels were one doen't expect the arrays of accessories provided in a 5 stars but cleanliness is at the least the basic that one expects. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes I would give it another tray because it has a lot going for it and most of the staff were wonderful, maybe it just happen that the supervising manager is on holiday or maybe has lost touch with what service industry means. Basicly the room was no way near what we saw in the photos, and the bathroom wasn't very clean, somebody had been smoking because we found a sigarette on the floor.... We slept only one night. I must say that there was a girl when we left wich was very kind and polite.

Our room was quite small and crowded with two people and luggage, but clean and tidy. Language difficulties when ordering from the bar, but that was our problem with Italian as much as theirs. The spacious lounge area was great, and the evening restaurant meals were really good, at a very reasonable price.

We did not mind this however it would have been good to know. The hotel staff were very accomodating, the breakfast was of a very good standard and the hotel in general was good.

The employees at the Park Hotel made the stay memorable. Your night manager, whose English was excellent, made suggestions and gave us directions for a wonderful restaurant. Wish that directions to the hotel from highway had been sent with reservation confirmation.
