We were very impressed with the quality of the room as well as the price and location! We spent most the day Saturday lounging around the pool and really enjoyed the choice of chairs or the cabana. The food was good at their cafe and the poolside drink service was excellent. All the staff were very profressional and a joy to work with. We will be staying here again in a month or two and really look forward to it.

Guest relation officers are not accomodating and not good at explaining inquiries. Upon check-out, the lady receptionist didsnt have a slight smile on her face as she greeted customers. Showed impatience when questioned about billing. Lack of explanation. I hope that can be improved because the Hotel seems cozy for a stay if only it has better trained employees on customers service.

By car
From Interstate 5 North: exit Flamingo Road East. Turn left onto Las Vegas Boulevard. Turn right on Convention Center Drive. The Royal Resort Hotel will be on the right.

By airplane
From Las Vegas McCarran International Airport: Start out going Southeast on Departing Flights towards the terminals. Departing Flights becomes Terminals. Turn left onto East Russell Road. Turn left to take the ramp towards Swenson Street/Tropicana Avenue/Departing Flights. Merge onto Paradise Road. Stay straight to go onto Swenson Street. Turn left onto East Naples Drive. Turn right onto Paradise Road. Turn left onto East Desert Inn Road and then turn right onto Channel 8 Drive. Turn left onto Convention Center Drive and you will see the Royal Resort Hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local taxes are not included in the price.
Parking is included in the price.
Baby cribs are included in the price.
Wireless Internet connection is included in the price for the first 30 minutes, after which it costs $5.99 per hour, $11.99 per day, $22.99 for 3 days, and $29.99 per week.
Use of the computer in the business center is included in the price.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs on average $10.00 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations are confirmed at the time of booking. The credit card submitted will be charged the first night's room plus 9% tax at the time of booking. If your credit card is invalid, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. You must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. All reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival date will recieve a full refund Please note we will assess the first night's room and tax if you cancel after deadline.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
