Royal Resort - Las Vegas

This was a surprising bargain. Rooms have microwave and fridge in them. Hotel is in the Circus, Circus and Harrahs end of the strip. No on-site restaurant, but Denny's across the street. This is not a plush or luxurious hotel, but it is clean, safe and allows you to see Vegas without paying the equivalent of a car payment every night!

Good hotel with good services considering the price. The swimming pool is nice but only available from 11AM on.

We were very impressed with the quality of the room as well as the price and location! We spent most the day Saturday lounging around the pool and really enjoyed the choice of chairs or the cabana. The food was good at their cafe and the poolside drink service was excellent. All the staff were very profressional and a joy to work with. We will be staying here again in a month or two and really look forward to it.

Guest relation officers are not accomodating and not good at explaining inquiries. Upon check-out, the lady receptionist didsnt have a slight smile on her face as she greeted customers. Showed impatience when questioned about billing. Lack of explanation. I hope that can be improved because the Hotel seems cozy for a stay if only it has better trained employees on customers service.
