The hotel and room were lovely just as described on the website.We felt check-in could have been better. It took awhile for the staff to acknowledge we were there. Too busy talking amongst themselves.Also it would be nice if in the room, you could have supplied a variety of teabags or even some hot chocolate as not everybody drinks coffee. We ate breakfast at the hotel on both mornings and we found the food tasty and quite adequate, we not hugh eaters.The selection was simple and not like reading a novel. I think being a non smoking and non poker hotel is a welcoming change.

Climatisation trop bruyante. Petit déjeuner minimaliste à un prix maximum (très mauvais rapport qualité/prix). Un peu éloigné par rapport à Las Vegas Bld mais de ce fait très calme. Sinon très bien : jolie décoration, équipement luxueux, chambre vraiment très agréable avec son côté salon et hôtel sans machine à sous !

When making the booking via venere.com we were not informed that the booking was handled by a third party instead of the Platinum Hotel. When checking in to the hotel we were asked to call the person being responsible for renting the suite. He was friendly and invited us to call for anything we would need. There was no daily cleaning, no replacement of bathroom tissue and no rubbish removal. As this was our vacation and we did not want to call him every day we ended up re-arranging the beds ourselves and buying bathroom tissue in the supermarket. This was not the way we thought of our vacation when making the booking.

How to reach Las Vegas Platinum Suites

From McCarran International Airport
Leave the airport and proceed eastbound. Take a slight left at S Swenson St and then turn left onto E Naples Dr. Turn right onto Paradise Rd and then left onto E Flamingo Rd (NV-592 W). Finally make a U-turn at Koval Lane to arrive at the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local taxes are not included in the price.
A one-night stay requires a $50.00 cleaning fee.
Valet parking is included in the price.
Access to the pool is included in the price.
Wireless Internet access is not included in the price and costs $12.99 for 24 hours.
Use of the business center is subject to charges.
In order to avoid a $500.00 fine, no pets and no smoking allowed in the property.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs $8.00 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation, 50% of the total amount of reservation(room and tax) will be charged on your credit card. A deposit of 30% of the total price will be charged upon booking.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
