I definetely recommend this hotel. Great price and a very spacious and clean room. The web page made it look like it was closer to the strip but a car or a bus can get you there easily. An overall 10.

It was really beyond my expectations. It was very worth the value:) And we are so happy the hotel provides complimentary shuttle to and fro the Las Vegas strip. Only that we hope the staff can be more friendly so that the guests feel at ease and welcomed. But we especially would like to thank one of the reception staff, Zakaria (aka Zac) who shared us with so many info. we Like!!! We will definitely recommend Hotel Emerald Suits @Las Vegas to our friends at home in Singapore.

half eaten apple in room upon arrival. dirty washcloth left on coffee table second day. full size range, but not a single pan for cooking. coffee pot but no coffee, had to track down housekeeping to get it. black mark on bathroom wall--was just a scratch, but looked distasteful. couch needed upholstery to be cleaned. but the room very clean just well worn and some lack of detail. for the price it was fine but not the ritz. we would stay again if i cound find something else.

In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the lodgings are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local taxes are not included in the price.

Local phone calls are free of charge.
Use of the high-speed Internet access costs $2.95 per day.
A non-refundable fee of $25.00 per day, per pet, will be charged at the hotel. Beyond this fee, the occupant is responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet.

CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hour cancallation policy. Guest must cancel 48 hours prior to check-in. Failure to cancel before 48 hours guest will be charged one nights room plus tax. No-show charge is one nights room plus tax. Credit card required at check-in. LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE. Effective July 1, 2009 the room tax for both of our Emerald Suites hotels will increase to 12%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
