It's a good & safe place to stay, if you have young kids. A self-contained unit with kitchenette, so you can prepare your own meals. Beds are a little too-soft and noisy though. The front desk staff (Veronica)was very helpful and informative. A nice pool, though we did not swim due to the cold weather.

I probably would not stay here again due to the poor window coverings and the outdoor lights streamed in, making for a poor quality of sleep. Also, people came in at all times of night and the walls were not insulated well. Older beds and not comfortable.

When I arrived I was surprised to discover that they had overbooked the rooms. The woman who was there didn't know what to do and she had to wait for the person who was coming on the next shift. After about 45 minutes they found me a room (I'm not sure why they didn't have a room and then they "found" a room). There were apparently 13 other people in the same situation. They had overbooked by THIRTEEN ROOMS. It was unbelievable. Otherwise my stay was relatively uneventful.

The most important thing to tell about this hotel is the disgusting smell in the corridors and in the rooms.

A great bargain for a nice place to stay near the strip...very clean, spacious suite with stocked kitchen and free Internet access.

By car
From McCarran International Airport (LAS):
Leaving the airport, head south-east and turn left onto East Russell Road. Turn left to take the ramp toward Swenson Street/Tropicana Avenue/Departing Flights. Merge onto Paradise Road. Stay straight to go onto Swenson Street. Turn left onto East Tropicana Avenue/NV-593 West. Follow NV-593 for about 3.2 miles/5 km and finally turn right onto Cameron Street, where the hotel is located.
