Welcoming staff. BUT bedroom in poor condition and needs refurbishment. Good evening restaurant but poor breakfast.

On arrival the hotel had no record of the booking made via the website. Fortunately they were not fully booked. Previous bookings made direct with the hotel by email have never caused a problem

We were travelling on holidays. The only real concern was that on the reservation site and the confirmation message, nowhere did I find any telephone number. I needed to visit other sites to find it A telephone number may be needed for questions and discussions sometimes lengthy or difficult by e-mail, but mostly in case of changes in reservation once we leave home and for any reason we discover that it becomes impossible to arrive at the hotel, or if someone decides to change its itinerary. Also as during night it was hot in the room we opened the window, but we are at the ground level and anybody at the outside could enter our room while sleeping. I beleive that it would be usefull to limit the room window opening to avoid this possibility.
