As we had a good discount rate for the room, it was very good, otherwise its overpriced. The drinks at the bar are too expensive. The buffet dinner on Friday night was extremly good and cheap, considering the varity and excellent quality!!! We enjoyed our stay very much and for the price payed, would come back any time with great pleasure!!

We really liked the place. We were happily surprised by the quality of the hotel apartments, which felt like home. High quality and a joy to sit on the balcony in the warms evenings with the view of the beautiful pool area.

The hotel is very nice, with two great pools and a very big gym&sauna area (bring your sporting equipment and also for ladies a full bathing suit and a cap). The rooms are very big, apartment like and the terrace who faces the pool is beautiful. What we did not like were two facts: 1. no breakfast included (although it does not say anything on venere.com and the price is quite high for portugal) 2. they do not change the soaps every day (just when you arrive) and afterwards indicate you a supermarket where you can buy your own. At 120E/night I was thinking that they do not make the profit by not giving soaps/shampoo in the rooms.

How to reach Hotel Aqualuz

By airplane
From Faro Airport:
Leave the airport and take the EN125 road, following the sings to Via do Infante and the A22 highway to Portimão/Lisboa. Take the A22 highway and follow it towards Portimão/Lisboa and then to Lagos, until you reach the exit to Lagos/Vila do Bispo. After about 5 km/3.1 miles, turn left at the first roundabout and go straight until you find a second roundabout with a big black ball in it. Turn right and keep going until the next roundabout, about 100 meters/328 feet ahead. Make a left turn and you will find the Aqualuz Hotel 50 meters/164 feet ahead.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Cots are free of charge.
Parking is complimentary.
Use of in-room safe is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per week plus a refundable deposit of €25,00.
Use of the coin-operated Internet Point is not included in the price.

In case of no show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival date we will charge one night on the credit card.
