We conplaned about our room on arrival is it smelt terrible, but after 4 days nothing had been done. The AC ran back into the room and it was damp. By day 4 I was ill and we complained again and left the hotel to find something else. The staff were not friendly or helpful (infact they watched me lug 2 suitcases up stairs rather than assist). When I mentioned that I had cancer they suddenly offered us another room - transfer, but by then it was too late and we left. 2 years ago we stayed in this hotel and it was fantastic, but it really has gone downhill - the bedspreads were threadbear and it was oloking poorly maintained. NOT 4*

When we arrived my wife and I both said, what is this smell? It smelled a bit like rotten eggs! You get used to the smell after a while but it was a negative. Location is perfect, beach and restaurants nearby, very touristical though. If you want to rest for a few days after an active holiday of travelling around, this would be the perfect place! If only they can do something about that smell! (came from the swimming pool by the way)

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
