CANCELLATION POLICY
Between 30 days and 21 days, deposits will be reimbursed to the tune of 50 %, From 4 to 21 days before your due arrival date, the total amount of deposits will be kept by the hotel in case of total cancellation of your stay. Less than 4 days before your due arrival, the total amount of the confirmed stay will have to be paid.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
