We stayed at the hotel for just one night as we left Florence and wanted a base in La Spezia to travel to Cinque Terre. The hotel was a good 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very friendly upon check in and provided great instructions on the train times and how to buy a pass for Cinque Terre. It was a quick 15 minute train ride from La Spezia to Riomaggiore. The hotel was very modern and up to date. Really enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom. The room was very spacious with a separate living room and king sized bed.

Rooms were good and very clean although not so quite. I will reccomend this hotel for a staying nearby Cinque Terre but bearing in mind that the hotel's surrounding are not the best ones (for example finding a good restaurant in the evening in that area is not so easy!)

We were in Laspezia for only 2 nights. We found the hotel quite easily. From the photos we saw on the internet it wasn't quite like that at the hotel. We were disappointed with the size of the rooms. The airconditioning stopped working which was frustrating as that was the reason we booked the hotel in the first place. Reception tried to get it fixed but the technican was out of town! Won't stay there again. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of eggs, juice, glasses etc. There was only one waiter serving about 50 people and getting coffees at the same time. He was great! Overall.... Too expensive for what you get.

We stayed at My one Hotel for two nights to go to the Cinque Terre. We had an excellent service! The breakfast was very good with good coffee. The hotel is only at 10 minutes by walk to the train station to go to the Cinque Terre. Around the hotel there are all the restaurants for dinner and a lot of shops!! The only negative thing is that it was a little bit expensive but I supposed that's because we went in July and it's the high season for the Cinque Terre. If I go back to the Cinque Terre one day, I'll definitely go back to this hotel.

Impossible to park the car, even paying. No effective help to park .No possible to pay more that 2 hours on blue line. After 2 hours of trials I learned by myself there is a road along seaside at 900 mt with free parking available.

A pair of trousers left by the guys before us was still hanging in the room. We were not provided any soap, shampoo, coffe cups whatsoever, even though they were obviously supposed to be provided. We were given each day only 2 sets of towels even though we were 3 in a triple room.

Overall we were happy with our stay. One problem, however, was the lack of hot water, which was not properly rectified during our 3 night stay. No compensation of any sort was offered. Would certainly recommend visiting the Cinque Terre villages. The hotel was in a good location to do this, being an easy 10 min walk to the train station.

The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help with anthing. The directions were easy to follow and the striking appearance of the hotel made finding our way extremely simple and not at all stressful. Great brekky, great location, in centre of shopping strip, easy walk to train station.

We were very pleasantly surprised. Don't expect 5 star, but do expect clean, tidy newish and pleasnt. Entry is via the fith floor, but you can get the lift to the ground floor and there is a pedestrian exit that delivers you to the main shopping street. It is an excellent base to work from. La Spezia is an ideal town to stay in while exploring the Cinque Terre region of Italy. MyOneHotel provided clean rooms and the buffet breakfast was quite good. The reception staff were rather cool and offhand - not rude, but not very friendly. They provided some guidance to the area when asked - but it seemed reluctant and no brochures were available. The access to the hotel from the train station is actually quite simple, but there were no adequate explanations provided about how to get to the lower ground door. So we got a taxi (10 euros) for a trip that could have been walking distance from the train - then an elevator up to the reception desk.

This hotel is generally good. It served the purpose of visiting the Cinqa Terra. It is located on a residential street and also backing a busy shopping area. The Hotel is hard to find if you come driving your own car. The outside available parking is very limited. They offered me the indoors private parking (for the extra cost) which is located 200 meters before the hotel on their one way street. (You have to go around the big block to get to the the indoors parking). The morning walk to the train station is only 15 min - that's for the Cinqa Terra trains - that was very good. The room and the breakfast were good.

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect; simply take the lift to the ground floor and you exit into the center of town. The staff was very professional, although my check-in was a bit rushed. There were many people checking in at once. The free wireless is great ! My only suggestion would be to hang a security camera at the hotel's ground floor entrance (acually the back of the hotel, in the center of town). The alley is quite dark & I think a camera would discourage mischief.

We stayed one night - high season, booked late and paid the price for that.. We needed to stay somewhere near Cinque Terre, and this was the only choice, but all in all a very positive surprise. The hotel is a bit cold & no personality, but everything worked and the breakfast was great. It's very close to restaurants in the old centre. And free WIFI which was a bonus. Also got free parking for a full day infront of hotel, which was great (but u need to be lucky to get a spot there...). Got good advise re boat cruise to Cinque Terre from reception. Efficient hotel...

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast options were varied and plentiful. THIS HOTEL IS A SHORT WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION. IT'S A GOOD BASE TO VISIT CINQUE TERRA. IT'S CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES. IT'S ONE OF THE BETTER PLACE TO STAY IN LA SPEZIA. IT'S A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO HOTELS IN CINQUE TERRA. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH PLENTY OF JUICES AND FRESH FRUITS AND THE USUAL BREAKFAST PASTRIES. WE STAYED AT 9 DIFFERENT HOTELS ON OUR TRIP AND THIS HOTEL WAS THE ONLY PLACE THAT OFFERED SCRAMBLED EGGS FOR BREAKFAST. SCRAMBLED EGG IS A BIG DEAL IN ITALY BECAUSE IT'S NOT USUALLY SERVED AT BREAKFAST.

Sound proofing between rooms and hallway was terrible. Loud music was played in hallways until late and I had to call down to get them to turn it down several times so I could sleep. Staff were surly and uncooperative at times. Considering the lack of facilities, I'm amazed that it was rated at 4 stars. Buffet breakfast was very good, but unnecessary. I would rather a cheaper room with the option on breakfast. Roll out bed was saggy and shower head fixture was broken. Despite claims "to get someone to look at it" nothing happened in four days.

Nice looking, high-tec hotel unfortunately : - desk staff were unfriendly and curt on arrival - I was asked to sign an "obligatory" paper on privacy laws. They said all Hotels asked their clients to sign but the day before my hotel in Sanremo did not!!, they initially (and very strongly) refused to give me a copy saying either I sign or find another hotel!!, the document refers to palliative care and not to Italian registration or immigration laws. I scanned you a copy see photo section. Is this document obligatory? - The room was for physically handicapped with no outside view, not what I expected (web). - No hot water in the room or working lift in the morning, problem with weather so they said! - No hot food left for breakfast although staff friendly in the breakfast room. Very deceiving stay in a nice looking but (too high tec?) hotel betrayed by short tempered, incompetant or inexperienced staff.

The room and bathroom were very nice, just as shown on the website photos. Our room adjoined the reception & breakfast area and was extremely noisy. The floors are tiled so every sound is magnified. The location was good, one street back from the main shopping area. If I were to stay there again I would request a room on a different floor.

This hotel is a great place to stay in La Spezia. I used it both as an office, since they have high-speed wired Internet, and as a base to check out Cinque Terre (which you should absolutely do if you are in Italy). The rooms were very clean and modern with some architectural flair. The location and design of the building means there aren't too many views other than the neighboring building, so keep that in mind. The LCD TV in my room was a bit small and sounds from the hall carried, but those were minor details. The service was very professional and friendly plus the breakfast kicked a**, one of the best I had in two weeks in Europe. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but make sure you get directions since the cab driver overcharged me. Basically, you turn left out of the station, go down the hill and continue in that direction onto the pedestrian concourse where you'll eventually see signs leading you into an alley where you press an intercom and go up to the 5th floor reception.

Great hotel. Great location close to the heart of La Spezia's shopping streets. Good Breakfast. We arrived by train and took a cab to find it, we recommend the cab ride because the hotel might be a bit hard to find. We walked back to the train because it is not too far and we travel light. We will definitely stay again.

This is a nice modern looking hotel with a cool design. My husband and I are Architects. The bathroom was a bit small but what really blew my mind was waking up the next morning at 5:30 to the ringing of our next door neighbors cell phone and then listening to them talk and get ready to leave as if they were in the room with us. Crazy! When I mentioned this to the front desk they said "Oh yea we know about that" No discount offered. We only stayed the one night but if we were staying longer I would have asked for a new room.Make sure you ask for a quiet non connecting room.

Although our room was on the second floor, below street level, with only a view to an inner patio, the rooms are spacious with good furniture. They only lack a chest of drawers. Of the four days we spent there, we only used the car twice and returned before evening so we found parking space in front of the hotel. The port and train station are near enough to move around without a car. Hotel is right next to nice shopping streets and many restaurants and cafes. We were very comfortable there because we knew beforehand that we might not have a good view. We would definitely go back.

This is a VERY nice property. If I have any complaint it is that the walls are a bit thin and I was able to hear people in the rooms next to mine, but otherwise this was one of the best hotels I stayed in during my 6 month R-T-W trip. The hotel was modern and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the front desk staff spoke English very well. Free internet(wired) was available in the rooms and wireless in the lobby. Breakfast was included and was quite good. The train station is about 7 blocks away. There's a shopping area on the street right behind the hotel that has many shops and restaurants. This was a great base from where to visit Cinque Terre. Fortunately, there are many signs in the streets around the area pointing you to the hotel. This was invaluable for us because we were driving and the hotel might have otherwise been hard to find. We'll definitely stay at this place next time we're in the area.

Very clean and modern small hotel (B&B type since breakfast is included). Service was very good and rooms were surprisingly nice. One warning - they say that parking is included, but they have limited spots (about 10) in front of the hotel. If there are none when you arrive (after a late night for instance) you either have to fend for yourself on the public streets or pay $18 Euro per night to park in their garage (which is also another 5 minute trip around the crowded city streets to get to).

It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at while on holiday but i would imagine that is due to the location near cinque terre. Great hotel, great breakfast and i loved the room. The hotel's location is excellent, just few meters away from the St. George "Castello" and the main "centro" street. The major deception was that the room was on the 4rth floor which is actually the first basement relative to the main entrance level. So if you want a view do not expect much. Otherwise everything is perfect except for some noise from adjacent rooms.

Nice relation between price and quality. The only thing bothering me was that you could hear the guests in the next room. Apart from that everything was OK except from a short period of time where there were no hot water available due to a technical problem. This was solved in no time. This hotel is a good place to stay if you are going to visit the "cinque terre". Have a nice vacation!!!!!
