We stayed at Hotel Palarine in May and it was very quiet. In terms of value for money it was excellent. As English speakers who had been travelling around Europe with only the occassional CNN to drive us crazy - this place was like an oasis. They had English speaking people operating it, they served good cups of tea with breakfast and had a variety of UK TV programmes we could watch. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room we stayed in was on the corner and had great views of the river.
