Upon arrival, room keys can only be collected after 4 PM. Please note that reception is open from 7 AM to midnight. Lovely hotel for budget stays. Be aware that there are no parking facilities although you can park in the car park at Hotel Magic just across the road for 12 E a night. Very friendly cafe underneath and reasonable for snacks. You can hear some noise from traffic outside as it is in the centre of La Massana and in the middle of the one way system. We stayed in summer but idealy situated for cable car both for skiing or walking as it is right next door. Overall cheap, clean and perfect for a stop over or low budget holiday.
