Helpful staff; excellent waiter. Meal not quite up to snuff. Out of the way; about a 20-30 minute walk to the border w/ Gibralter.

We found the hotel comfortable but in need of a refurbishment, in particular the restaurant. Unfortunately we chose a period of severe storms for our stay so there was considerable noise from the wind and sea Arriving late evening the reception was ready to welcome us and we were checked in and occupying the room in under 10 minutes very efficient.We were not aware however that breakfast was in cluded in the price which added to the value of the price.

Nice view of the sea, made a really great Cafe con Leche, but I didn't much like the big ugly cockroach in my room, and the street it is on is long and boring, but a good location for walking to Gibraltar.

The bath was stinking. The bathtub was covered by wall-paint, which started to dissolve during taking a bath (Room 102). At the breakfast, the orange juice had already settled and was covered by ca. 5cm supernatant liquid

this hotel is overquoted! The value of room is 35 euro, not 70 euro! They live only from proximity of Gibraltar.

A little overpriced - poor breakfast. this hotel is in a amazing position to see a '60 "old " Spain. Nice beach in front of the hotel
