The hotel is located in a quiet area, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the harbour. I've had an excellent stay there.

villa konak hotel gives very good value, rooms spacious and clean, breakfast very good, employees very helpful. only drawbacks are small room windows and hilly location. hotel has many repeat customers.

This property fits in with the character of Kusadasi in it's authenticity to Turkish lifestyle. It is quiet respite where the owner and all who work in this small hotel are friendly and helpful. Each day they offer a 5pm tea and small snack where the guests can meet each other. The morning breakfast offers a wide variety of typical Turkish food---olives, cheese, various breads,tomatoes, honey, yogurt, coffee and tea. The owner arranged a driver at a reasonable price to pick us up at the airport in Izmir, then drove us to Ephesus and Selcuk for the afternoon.They do not allow small children because it is a peaceful haven. The pool and garden areas are lovely.
