My family of five and I traveled on the Aegean coast and we felt that we received great value for our money here. We had a rental car so finding the property was difficult. They should really have a very detailed location map showing where the property is located. There are many pedestrian pathways where cars cannot go around. I ended up walking to the place and having them come to my car to tell me where I needed to go. The staff, especially, Ben, were extraordinarily helpful. The hotel is located about one block past the wonderful Kusadasi pedestrian streets. We noted the pool is bigger than it seemed in the photos. Though not huge, it is a nice pool. We enjoyed this property which is quite reasonable in price and would happily return.

This is a small hotel up the hill from the tourist market and port. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Sezgin (who likes to be called "Mr. Flash") took us to Ephesus, to his cousin's restaurant (delicious and very authentically Turkish) and his uncle's rug shop. Hotel has a small pool and a lovely breakfast garden. If you're driving, park your car at the foot of the hill and walk up Kirbis St. Mr. Flash will help you drive up to the hotel, and if necessary get the taxis blocking the street to move out of the way.

A brilliant Place and loveliest people in the world,Very friendly kind and helpful staff and great location. The rooms was very tastefully decorated and quite large with an excellent bathroom with a lovely balcony over the garden and an excellent shower! I could have spent all summer here just lazing about and swimming.They have free pick up service from the busstation and free internet.Ps: friendly, helpful and easy to chat to :-) Would definately reccomend it to anyone!!!!

Sezgin and his staff are helpful and friendly. My rating reflects more of a warning about the noise level at the hotel. It's very near a mosque so be prepared for the 5AM call to prayer. I'd say this is a good place for backpackers on a budget or those who have no problems with noise in the night. It's very near to the Grand Bazaar which is a plus, though it's uphill so you'll have to work a bit to get back with all your shopping finds. I enjoyed Sezgin's hospitality quite a bit though next time I'm in the area I'll stay in Selçuk. If you're traveling on a budget, take Sezgin up on the offer for free shuttle to Ephesus (it's listed in the hotel overview). The guided tour package contains to many tourist traps along the way.

The owner, Sezgin, when asked about transportation to Ephesus, offered to drive us himself, stopping for lunch (and for a visit to a carpet shop owned by his uncle which we actually enjoyed), and also took us to several other local ruins for 90YTL for the days tour. He helped make arrangements for our next stop in Pamukkale and was generally very helpful and friendly. A great experience.

We stayed at the Sezgin Hotel,Kusadasi on the last leg of a two week trip to Turkey for Two nights. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon after driving in from Pammukale. Kusadasi is a little difficult to navigate by car so we were happy that the Hertz drop-off was only a couple of blocks away. We pulled up, and were met by the deniz who quickly took care of our bags. Sezgin at the front desk made check-in a breeze, and also made three local restaurant recommendations that were excellent (more on that later).The hotel lobby, and common areas are immaculate. Our room #501 on the 2nd. floor . The room itself was elaborately decorated with nice furniture (desk, armoire, fully stocked mini-fridge, tvand two balconys), and three levels of window treatments. Twin beds (pushed together) and pillows were good. The bathroom was large, all amenities (hairdryer, bathrobes, soaps, combs, lotions etc.) and a nice rain shower. The buffet breakfast (european style) included was good, and can be had either in the restuarant on the lower level, or sent via room service (at no extra charge). Room service was the quickest I ever experienced. Much faster than many of the true five star properties I've stayed at. Imagine, the room service operator was apologizing because it may take 5 minutes!! Nice! The hotel is in a great location in my opinion.just 50m from the (cafe's, restaurants (Türkish bar, The famous jimmys's Bar, shopping). And within walking distance of all of the major sites (some closer than others) albeit a long walk to others. We were blessed with great weather our whole trip so we laced up our sneakers, and walked virtually around the whole city. We highly recommend the Sezgin Hotel in Kusadasi. It has the hospitality tri-fecta: great location, great service and great price!! Enjoy!

Sezgins was most welcoming the staff were friendly and spoke excellent english. It was a good base to visit various historic sites which was the reason for the trip.

Staff was incredibly helpful and organized everything that we needed, helped us find ferry info. The only bad part was that there were roosters outside our window that would wake us up in the morning.
