Pacific Regency Hotel Suites - Kuala Lumpur

The services offered by this hotel made our stay a great success, I wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here 3 days; and it was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently situated, in quiet surroundings, next to the TV tower, and a short (uphill) walk from the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was very large and the service was good. And on the rooftop on 34th floor there is a pool and the Luna bar, convenient for a sundowner drink.

Employes and all people were very helpful and kind they always helped us. Also when I needed to short my accomodation from previous 5 nights into two nights they did it without any penalty and were very friendly. Hotel is also very good placed. Over all it was nice to stay in it but I would suggest to owner - put some money into cleaning all the hotel facilities - on the roof is very very nice bar with swimming pool but you can see the time passed by and as it was new before but now it looks old and dingy. Just few money and cleaning and it looks like million dollars again. Also in the rooms and on halls you can smell smoke frome cigarettes because it is possible to smoke inside rooms. Anyway, thanks to all front-office of the hotel with helping me I appreciate it and thank you that I spent my time in Kuala Lumpur at the Pacific Regency. (on the question if I would return into this property I sany "yes", but if you try to do the cleaning)

Missing internet computers connexion with free access. only wifi in rooms.

Large room with all facilities - pool spectacular with views of Petronas towers and KL Tower (next door)- arrived by car and a bit awkward to find reception (up in one lift, walk up 2 flights of stairs to lobby and lift to rooms)- shops and bars nearby

The staff were helpful, friendly, and unobtrusive. Because I paid with a debit card, I was asked for MYR 200 as a deposit for services I might use during my stay. I have never heard of that before. No matter. I got it all back when I checked out. The hotel is centrally located close to nightlife, shopping, KL Tower (next door), and a fifteen minute walk to Peteronas Towers. The only knock on the property's location is that it is near the top of a very long, rather steep hill. If you're out in KL walking about, chances are it's going to be hot and humid, the last quarter mile returning to the hotel really can take it out of you. Other than that, with the discount I received online, this was the best value I have ever enjoyed while traveling in Asia. One thing, the WiFi is free, but it can be a bit dodgy

The Hotel was good, The rooms are old but no specal complaints, hotel is close to most of things to do in Kuala Lumpur. in the Room on the top floor you can hear the music from night club, dont ask for this if you sleep very light.

Good location in dowtown but without reception, without lobby and without lounge and bar was not for me.
