This is an older hotel and it shows. Check in took almost 20 minutes (line because of only one person checking people in). Hotel very close to the Bukit Bintang area, but it's in the shady edge, so there's people trying to offer you hookers everywhere around the hotel. Also, the hotel is right next to a big car-park, and the windows are not particularly noise insulated, so you will definitely hear the honking from traffic below. I was kept awake for several hours by blaring car-alarms from the next-door car park. For the services and location, the price is way too high. I got way better hotels for my two other stays in KL at only 5 euros more per night.

We arrived late - midnight - and had advised on this. BUt the room was not ready! It took 1 hour before it was. We had booked a familyroom for 4 people on Venere's site and was given a doubleroom with 1 extra bed. After a lot of problems we managed to get a second spare bed. But we were not in bed before 2 am! Out of 3 elevators 2 did not work.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation.
