I was expecting to receive an envelope with some important documents which was left for me at the reception desk. The clerk at the reception desk denied that they had anything for me and was "looking" for it while I was waiting. There was no record it was left. Eventually the person who left it there called them and got them to look harder. After a few hours they "found" in in their safe box. That was annoying.

We only stayed 1 night at the The Witek, but our needs were met completley. Apart from the people in the room next to my colleague playing their music until late into the night, we could not have asked for more. The Breakfast Buffet was superb! a perfect start to a busy day.

Un hotel de muy buen gusto, excelente relacion precio/servicio y muy buend esayuno, incluido en el precio. El personal sumamente amable y capacitado. Lo recomiendo amplamente.

Splended hotel surrounding, educated, polite and wellcoming stuff, nice big rooms with everything needed in, free AquaPark tickets... ... and sure the most tasty breakfast i ever tried in hotels (!!!)
