Far from the city center (you need a car, and pay the parking)the hotel is good to visit the City and the other interesting places like Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. The price was good (according to the booking). In July 2009 there were works around with some noise (they will finish I hope).

Nice hotel for car travelers. Nothing special, but clean, accurate, with comfortable fitness and swimming pool. Also the Internet in the room was free. Good value for decent price.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. It was a very simple overnight stay, but we should have found something closer to the center of town just for fun.

Well out of Cracow, taxi in is best. May have been bad luck but a noisy stay, sells as a business hotel but main occupants were school trips and stag parties. A cheap option compared to central Crakow, but price reflects overall experience.

Very Nice! I will stay here again. Only bad thing is there is at least 15 minute walk from the hotel to the nearest subway.

We stayed in the hotel for just one night>I think the hotel is well located for people travelling further by car as the hotel provides parking possibilities.

There is nothing to do around the hotel. You must take a taxi(20-25PLN)or bus in to town. If you shall walk from the hotel in to citycenter it takes 50 min. Big plus is free internet on your room.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. until midnight. Please contact the hotel in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Outdoor parking costs PLN 10,00 a day.
Parking in the garage costs PLN 25,00 a day.
The shuttle service to the airport is not included. Charges available upon request.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs PLN 19,90 per person. From the 1st of March 2010, the price will be PLN 25,00 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of canceallation after the given date we will charge the client for the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
