the staff were very pleasant we had to pay for the hotel on arrival we were given breakfast coupons which we had to hand over when we had breakfast we had 6 breakfasts and ended up paying for 14 .it was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed, in i have photos of the room of the stained carpets,stained pillows,holes in the sheets and duvet covers fit for the dump,.the sink in the bathroom was cracked the room was not hoovered the whole week we stayed there they ran out of towels we ended up with hand towels for a shower i would not recommend this hotel to any one

I think the price is good but with just a little bit more you can stay in a better place as B&B in city centre.
