The hotel is in a nice area surrounded by good restaurants and pubs,near the river and within 20 minutes from the famous Cracow square. If they could improve with breakfast(the same every day and not rich) they could be almost perfect.Cleanliness is TOP.

We had a very nice room on the top floor, but unfortunately it was an attic room with very little headroom above the top end of the bed and the window was a skylight. . The breakfast was quite good, but we have had better choices elsewhere. The staff were very obliging. Would not recommend the evening meal. Very limited choice and not good quality. Also we were the only guests eating there and had to dine at the foot of the stairs as the 2 dining rooms were laid out for a tour group of 40.

Very nice atmosphere, very clean, nice staff, located in a great area with clubs, pubs, bars, but still quiet enough for a good sleep. Excellent breakfast with many buffet options. Aprox 10 min walk to main market square. Overall, for me and my friends who traveled with me, RT Regent proved to be one of the best choices we've made so far while traveling abroad.

The hotel was good. Only the room was little bit small and cold. The only thing that we did not like was that it was quite far from the center(20 minutes walk). But on the other hand, the hotel is located in the Jewish area and has a lot of restaurants and bars in surrounding.

The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The hotel is well placed to explore Krakow. I would recommend this hotel and also its restaurant.

Nice hotel in good area and an excellent restaurant. Good breakfast in the morning. A little expensive but felt that overall worth what you get and the staff was helpful.

The Hotel is about an 8 minutes leisurely from the centre of Krakow (i.e. Market Square) The Hotel was very clean throughout. There was a very extensive choice of food for breakfast, in a lovely restaurant. The district surrounding the Hotel is very beautiful, and my time of 3 days spent in Krakow was very enjoyable, and I'd recommend a trip there to anyone.
