Very clean, spacious rooms, kind and helpful staff. Right across the river from Wawel Castle so a good location. Breakfast was ok - cold buffet style with one or two hot dishes. Quality of restaurant food wasn't amazing but good overall. Lovely roof terrace where you can take in the fab view with a piwo or three! HIGHLY recommend Restaurant Pod Wawelem, on ul. Sw. Gertrudy - go very hungry and amble the 20 minutes back to the hotel, you'll need the exercise! Also recommend Cruising Krakow Bike Tours - they leave from Market Square and are a great way to get an overall picture of the city and its history.

The hotel was ideally placed for the old Town with excellent views of Wavel Hill and the fire breathing dragon from our room.

We had a room overlooking the river; it was very quiet. We ate supper in the hotel restaurant; upper terrace eating was nice. The parking was excellent; easy to walk into old town. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time.
Room Details
The Poleski Hotel has 20 guest rooms suitable for single and double occupancy, each of which come with more amenities than you would expect from a 3 star hotel, such as a mini bar, free wireless internet access and air-conditioning. All rooms feature a private bathroom as well.There are a number of Deluxe Rooms available which are ideal for romantic city breaks, some of which have a panoramic view of Wawel Royal Castle and the river. If you are looking for a bargain, then why not choose one of the standard Single, Double or Twin Rooms, the cheapest of which do not have a view but are as comfortable and well appointed as all the other rooms.
Pets are also welcome at this pet-friendly hotel too.
